Come join the team at IS4S Orlando and help us create munition systems that will aid the warfighter in getting their job done. Job Description:IS4S is looking for a part time manufacturing engineer, focused on metal casting, who’s not only interested in designing components in CAD but who’s also interested in hands-on building, testing, and fielding of their designs. IS4S works closely with Air Force, Army, and Navy engineers and scientists to build advanced military systems. IS4S is looking for candidates who are self-starters, teachable, and able to learn new things as they work together with other engineers and program managers to solve challenging technical problems. Duties will include creating technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical designs. Additionally, candidates will be required to communicate with metallurgists, machinists, and mechanical engineers on creating sound designs that can quickly go into prototype and eventual production.Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
20 years of engineering experience
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software
Foundry gating experience including pattern design
Design for manufacturability
Mold design
Ability to work closely with a small, agile development team

Desired Experience:

Experience with Solidworks Simulation
Experience in DoD weapons development or integration
Experience in prototyping and manufacturing
Secret security clearance
